Rust shooting: Manslaughter conviction upheld

A New Mexico judge upheld the involuntary manslaughter conviction of 'Rust' armourer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed in the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Gutierrez-Reed, sentenced to an 18-month term, argued prosecutorial misconduct and evidence suppression, but her appeal was denied. Alec Baldwin's trial ended due to similar reasons, but Gutierrez-Reed remains entangled in other legal issues.
