André 3000 has announced the release of his first solo album in 17 years, titled 'New Blue Sun'. Surprisingly, the album will not contain any verses but will feature André 3000 playing various flutes. In an interview, he explained that he didn't want to troll or confuse his fans, hence the warning on the album cover which states "no bars".
