The Telangana Sahitya Academy has decided to felicitate lyricist Chandrabose, who penned Oscar award winning song "Naatu Naatu". Academy Chairman Juluru Gowri Shankar on Wednesday announced that a felicitation programme will be held at Ravindra Bharathi in Hyderabad on March 28.
