Deepika to play Draupadi in movie on Rani Jindan book

Deepika Padukone has some interesting projects in her kitty. After wrapping the shoot of Shakun Batra's untitled film, the actress reportedly resumed shoot for Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Pathan'. As part of the ongoing Times Litfest, fantasy and historical fiction author Anuja Chandramouli opened up about the movie to be made on Rani Jindan's book. In a session at the Times Litfest, Anuja revealed that Deepika will play the role of Draupadi in the adaptation of Chitra B Divakaruni's book 'The Last Queen'.
