Is Raj Kundra facing five years in jail?

Raj Kundra has been embroiled in controversy ever since he was arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch for his involvement in production and distribution of pornographic content. Ripu Sudan Balkrishna Kundra alias Raj Kundra, sold his app ‘Hotshots’ to the UK-based company Kenrin Pvt Ltd which is owned by his brother-in-law Pradeep Bakshi. However it is being reported that the 45-year-old businessman supplied the content and controlled the UK firm from his Viaan Industries office.
